By accessing or using the Volk Donations website, submitting a donation, registering for an account, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or rules applicable to specific features.

These terms apply to all visitors, donors, volunteers, partners, and any other individuals who access or use our platform. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization or business, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

To use our services and make donations, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must not be located in, or a national or resident of, any country subject to US government embargo or sanctions.
• You must not be listed on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• If making a corporate donation, your organization must be legally authorized to make charitable contributions.

We reserve the right to refuse service, close accounts, or cancel donations at our sole discretion, including where we believe that use of our services violates these terms or applicable law.

General Donation Policy

All donations made through our platform are voluntary contributions to Volk Donations, a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization. Donations are used to fund our charitable programs supporting orphaned children worldwide, including education, healthcare, nutrition, and community development initiatives.

Tax Deductibility

Donations made to Volk Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. We will provide a donation receipt via email for all contributions. Please consult your tax advisor to confirm deductibility based on your individual circumstances.

Refund Policy

All donations are considered final and non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances — such as duplicate charges or technical errors — refund requests may be considered at our sole discretion. Please contact us within 30 days of the transaction at finance@volkdonations.org with your donation reference number.

Recurring Donations

• Recurring donations will be charged automatically on the same date each month or year.
• You may cancel a recurring donation at any time by logging into your account or contacting us.
• Cancellation requests must be received at least 5 business days before the next scheduled charge.
• We are not responsible for charges that occur before a cancellation is processed.

Fund Allocation

While we make every effort to honor donor preferences for specific programs or campaigns, Volk Donations reserves the right to redirect funds where they are needed most if a campaign is overfunded, discontinued, or if operational requirements demand it. In such cases, funds will always be applied to our core charitable mission.

Payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant third-party providers. Volk Donations does not store your full payment card details on our servers.

When you create an account with Volk Donations, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach at security@volkdonations.org.
• You may not share your login credentials with any other person or entity.
• You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent any restriction or limitation we impose.
• Accounts created using automated means are strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, display fraudulent activity, or are associated with abuse of our platform or services.

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of our platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using our services for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems, servers, or databases.
• Transmitting malware, viruses, or any other harmful or disruptive code.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from our website without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted below:

• You may share links to our website and publicly available campaign pages for promotional or fundraising purposes.
• You may download and print materials explicitly designated for public distribution.
• Journalists and media professionals may use our materials in accordance with our Press Kit guidelines.

The Volk Donations name, logo, and tagline "A better life for everyone" are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms of Service.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at info@volkdonations.org. Upon termination:

• Your right to access our services will immediately cease.
• Any outstanding recurring donations will be cancelled.
• We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
• Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Washington, D.C. You hereby consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.

For disputes involving amounts less than $5,000, you agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Send an email notification to all registered account holders.
• Display a prominent notice on our homepage for at least 14 days.
