Our largest operational region — 1 regional office, 9 country branches
The Nairobi office serves as the operational hub for all Sub-Saharan Africa programs. It oversees partner relations, field audits, staff coordination, and grant disbursement across 9 country branches. The office also hosts our Africa-wide training center for child welfare professionals.
Kenya Country Branch
Co-located with the regional office. Oversees 3 direct program sites and coordinates with 14 grassroots partners across the country, including nutrition initiatives in Mombasa's coastal communities.
Tanzania Country Branch
Manages residential care programs in Dar es Salaam and Arusha. Runs a pioneering foster-family integration program that has successfully placed 180 children in stable family homes since 2019.
Uganda Country Branch
Focused on transitional housing and independence programs for youth aging out of institutional care. Partners with Zawadi Children's Trust on life-skills training and employment readiness in Kampala.
South Africa Country Branch
Supports community-based care groups and HIV/AIDS orphan programs. Works alongside the Amaney Ubuntu Network across Johannesburg, Durban, and Cape Town townships.
Ethiopia Country Branch
Oversees farm school partnerships and agri-education programs in Oromia and Amhara regions. Works closely with Green Roots Ethiopia to combine schooling with sustainable livelihoods training.
Ghana Country Branch
Newest West African branch, opened in 2022 through partnership with the Lindiwe & Kofi Foundation. Focused on early childhood development and maternal support programs in Greater Accra and Ashanti regions.
Asia & Pacific
1 regional office, 6 country branches across South and Southeast Asia
The Bangkok office coordinates all South and Southeast Asian operations, managing partner relationships with India, Cambodia, Philippines, Myanmar, and Nepal. The office leads our regional child trafficking prevention program and runs trauma-informed care certification training for frontline workers.
India Country Branch
Our largest Asia branch with dual offices in Mumbai and Kolkata. Funds 31 community learning centers through Solaris Education Trust and 8 after-school centers through Asha Pratishthan, reaching over 2,200 children.
Cambodia Country Branch
Focuses on anti-trafficking prevention, family-based care, and reintegration services. Works with Hope Village Cambodia on host-family support networks for children affected by parental trafficking or incarceration.
Philippines Country Branch
Oversees small-group home programs and community outreach in the Visayas and Mindanao regions. Partners with Riverbend Haven Philippines on family-model residential care for children from infancy through school age.
Nepal Country Branch
Earthquake recovery and orphan support programs in rural Gorkha and Sindhupalchok districts. Manages school reconstruction grants and provides psychosocial support to children who lost parents in the 2015 and 2023 seismic events.
Bangladesh Country Branch
Urban child welfare and street-connected children program in Dhaka's Mirpur and Mohammadpur districts. Provides safe spaces, meals, non-formal education, and family tracing services to children living without adult guardians.
Latin America

The Bogotá office leads Volk Donations' Latin American operations, overseeing trauma-informed care programs, crisis shelter networks, and family reintegration services across the region. It works closely with Pacifico Infancia and Crescendo Esperanza Trust on policy advocacy and program delivery in conflict-affected communities.
Colombia Country Branch
Co-located with the regional office. Runs crisis shelters and psychosocial support for children displaced by armed conflict in the Chocó and Cauca departments. Partners with Pacifico Infancia on family reunification services.
Honduras Country Branch
Provides safe housing for children escaping gang violence and domestic abuse in Central America's Northern Triangle. Works with Vientos del Cambio on government-recognized guardianship processes and legal aid for unaccompanied minors.
Bolivia Country Branch
Supports indigenous-led child welfare programs for Aymara and Quechua children. Coordinates with Futuro Nuestro Bolivia on bilingual education and cultural preservation, ensuring children's identities are protected alongside their welfare.
Guatemala Country Branch
Newly established in 2024 to respond to growing needs in the Guatemalan highlands. Piloting a community mother model adapted from the Amaney Ubuntu Network — training local women to provide in-home care for up to 5 orphaned children each.
Europe & Middle East / North Africa

The Amsterdam office serves as Volk Donations' European base for donor engagement, foundation relations, and GDPR compliance. It manages relationships with European institutional funders including the Harrow & Aldgate Foundation and Kjeldsen Thorvald Trust, and maintains our EU data protection obligations. It also coordinates the North Africa program desk for Egypt and Morocco.
Egypt Country Branch
Manages vocational training centers for youth aging out of institutional care in Cairo, Alexandria, and Aswan. Partners with Nile Tomorrow Initiative on hospitality and technology trade tracks with 78% employment placement rates.
Morocco Country Branch
Early childhood education and nutrition programs in underserved peri-urban communities around Casablanca and Marrakech. Focuses on children under 6 from single-parent households and those in kinship care arrangements.
Jordan Country Branch
Refugee child welfare program serving orphaned and separated Syrian, Iraqi, and Yemeni children in Zaatari and Azraq camps, and urban Amman. Provides psychosocial support, non-formal education, and legal status assistance.
